RMT.0677 EU Survey IR Ratings 2015

The European Aviation Safety Agency is initiating the rulemaking task RMT.0677 on “easier access of General Aviation (GA) pilots to instrument flight rules (IFR) flying” in order to improve the regulatory framework in terms of safety and efficiency in the specific area.

A key element of the rulemaking task is that before regulatory activities start a stakeholder survey should be conducted to better understand stakeholders’ expectations and operational needs.
